Welcome

Simcoe Rental Property Association is Simcoe's leading Landlord association. We welcome landlords from Barrie, Midland, Innisfil and Orillia ( and all the towns in between !)

The Simcoe Rental Property Association (SRPA), was formed in the spring of 2010.  It was  established to address landlord and property manager’s issues with the City of Orillia, City of Barrie, Midland, Innisfil, and all towns in and around Simcoe county. Our member landlords and property managers manage in excess of 300 units throughout the region.

Key Note Speakers: Nadine Ritchie and Barry Ziegler

This meeting will feature two speakers who will provide landlords with some very valuable and timely advice.  Nadine Ritchie from Orillia Housing Resource Centre and Barry Ziegler from TK Pest Control.

Barry of TK Pest Control will speak to us about the issue of Bed Bugs which have become more and more of an issue and problem for many landlords.
 
This meeting will provide members and all other landlords with invaluable information in regards to the free services that the Orillia Housing Resource Centre can provide to landlords and how to protect themselves, their properties and their tenants from bed bugs and what to do to effectively eradicate them if you end up with an infestation.

Nadine will be discussing her organization, the Orillia Housing Resource Centre and how landlords can benefit from their services.  This organization connects landlords to tenants and acts as a liason.  There is no charge for their services.
